Terms of Use

1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of SocialDesk AI (“SocialDesk”, the “Service”) at social.n8nbox.cloud. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. The Service
SocialDesk provides social media publishing, a unified customer-service inbox, AI-assisted automation, knowledge base, workflow automation, social listening, and analytics across connected platforms including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, X, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Features and limits depend on your subscription plan.
3. Accounts & connected platforms
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the activity in your workspace. When you connect a third-party social account, you authorize SocialDesk to act on your behalf for the features you enable, and you agree to comply with each platform’s own terms and policies (including Meta, Google/YouTube, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn). You may disconnect any account at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to: publish content you do not have the rights to; post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; repost third-party media without a valid license; send spam or violate any platform’s policies; attempt to breach security, access other tenants’ data, or reverse-engineer the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you publish.
5. AI features
AI-generated suggestions (replies, captions, drafts) are provided for your review and remain your responsibility to approve and publish. SocialDesk does not guarantee that AI output is accurate, appropriate, or compliant with any platform’s policies; you must review content before it goes live.
6. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed per the pricing in effect when you subscribe. Plan limits (such as posts, AI usage, connected accounts, and seats) apply to your subscription tier. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice.
7. Intellectual property
SocialDesk and its software, design, and trademarks are owned by us. You retain ownership of the content and data you bring to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service for you.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialDesk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from third-party platform changes, outages, or content moderation decisions outside our control.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or applicable platform policies. On termination we delete your workspace data in line with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes & contact
