Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

SocialDesk AI (“SocialDesk”, “we”, “us”) is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that helps businesses publish to social media, manage customer conversations across channels, automate replies with AI, and analyze performance. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to social.n8nbox.cloud and all related services.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data — name, email, password (hashed), workspace and role, billing details.
  • Connected social accounts — when you link a Facebook Page, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, X, TikTok, YouTube, or LinkedIn account, we store access tokens (encrypted) and the account identifiers and profile information needed to operate the service on your behalf.
  • Platform content — the posts, comments, messages, mentions, and analytics that flow through your connected accounts so they appear in your unified inbox, publishing tools, and dashboards.
  • Usage data — log data, device/browser information, and product usage needed for security, support, and billing.

3. How we use information

We use your information only to provide and improve the service: to publish and schedule content you create, to surface incoming messages and comments in your inbox, to generate AI-assisted replies and captions at your direction, to produce analytics, to enforce plan limits and billing, and to keep the platform secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your customers’ content to train third-party AI models.

4. Social platform data (Meta, Google/YouTube, X, TikTok, LinkedIn)

Data we receive from social platforms (“Platform Data”) is used solely to provide the features you connected the account for, is stored encrypted, is scoped to your workspace (never shared across tenants), and is deleted when you disconnect the account or close your account. We comply with each platform’s developer terms, including the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

5. YouTube / Google API disclosure

SocialDesk’s YouTube features use YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube account you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Information handling by Google is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

We access YouTube only to upload videos you choose to publish and to read the connected channel’s basic info and post metrics for your analytics. We do not share YouTube data with third parties or use it for advertising. You can revoke SocialDesk’s access at any time via https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

6. AI processing

When you use AI features (suggested replies, captions, summaries, auto-publish drafts), the relevant text is sent to the AI provider configured for your workspace through our AI gateway solely to generate that output. We do not permit those providers to use your content to train their models. Outputs are suggestions you review and control.

7. Data security & retention

Social tokens and workspace secrets are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Access is scoped per tenant with role-based controls, traffic is served over HTTPS, and outbound webhooks are signed. We retain data for as long as your account is active; you can delete content or disconnect accounts at any time, and we delete associated Platform Data when you do.

8. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and disconnect any social account, from within the app or by contacting us. To request full account deletion, email amr.khalil.aast@gmail.com and we will erase your workspace data within 30 days.

9. Children

SocialDesk is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes & contact

We may update this policy and will revise the “last updated” date above. Questions or requests: amr.khalil.aast@gmail.com.
